I first brought you Trish a few months ago and now she is back with her second video “Bump”. The music video is directed by Marc Andre Debrunye consisting of cool nightvision shots and some outrageous dance moves.. (How does she do that?) “Bump” has been my track for a HOT minute and it always gets me in the mood to pose and dance. Trish has a lot in the works and I’m super anxious to see what she will be doing next. Peep the video.

Here is the most anticipated video for the summer – Drake “Best I Ever Had”. The video is directed by Kanye West. When I heard that Kanye was directing the video, I knew this would further boost Drake’s career. I peeped the video last night and was very disappointed how the video turned out. Is Kanye trying to sabotage Drake’s career? The answer is No. Complex Blog recently interviewed Drake and he describes the concept of the video. Peep the excerpt below.

Complex: Everyone’s been waiting on this video. Can you take us through the making of it?

Drake: Yeah. The video is directed by Kanye West. Basically we decided, as opposed to taking ourselves super serious, we just wanted to have some fun with it. Myself, being a young man, a young single man at that, I kind of wanted to be real about the way I function with women at this current point in my life. Which is, I don’t have one woman that I call my girl. There’s different girls in my life that play different roles and I see at different times, but collectively they kind of make up the roster of happiness for me [Laughs].

Complex: Understandable. So what’s the concept?

Drake: The concept of the video is, I’m a coach at a high school and the girls of my life are all on my high school basketball team. Throughout the video you see us prepping for this big championship game, and my team ends up losing. You see the looks on their faces at the end of the video, but the moral of the story, I guess, is win or lose, you can still be the best to somebody. When women see the video and see all the breast and ass, hopefully they don’t take offense. Hopefully they see the real meaning.

Here is Ciara’s third video “Work” featuring Missy Elliott off her latest album Fantasy Ride. The video is directed by Melina which she captured the usual dancing scenes with some booty shaking. I know the men must love that. Overall, the video isn’t anything special in my opinion. It nice to see Missy Elliott – i wonder what she has been up to. Peep the video

Side note: Am I the only one who thinks Ciara looks weird in a tight dress? Too much muscles if you ask me.

The wait is now over. Here is the official video “Kinda Like a Big Deal” by The Clipse featuring Kanye West. “Kinda Like a Big Deal” is the first single off their upcoming album Til The Casket Drop. The video is shot by Bernard Gourley in Brooklyn, NY which features a lot of colored lighting and no bling, no money and no girls. I guess thats a good thing right?

Til The Casket Drop is the third studio album by The Clipse which is set for release September ’09. With many tracks floating around the web, it is still not confirmed which will be the second single. It’s between “I’m Good” featuring Pharrell and “Eyes On Me” featuring Keri Hilson. We will have to wait and see which direction the label will go with.

I can not keep up with Beyonce and her black & white videos. She released her second version for “Ego” (or third version if you want to include Kanye West). In this version, it all about her sitting in the chair all glam up. No dancers, no dancing and of course no booty. (lol)

So what happens when you leave a 15 year old in a big ass house? A classic house party. Justin Bieber called up his friends and now it’s a par-tay. The video is a good look as it shows Justin doing 15 year old thing – hanging out with friends and having a good time. Please don’t keep your eyes off of Usher’s protege. Enjoy!

The official video for Jadakiss is finally here!!!! The pre summer anthem “Who’s Real” featuring Swizz Beatz & OJ Da Juiceman premiered on BET’s 106 & Park today. We all know that Swizz Beatz is one of the KINGS of recycled rhymes but this track is super catchy. You know you can’t help yourself but to sing along.

“He’s Phony, She’s Fake / That’s the type of people I hate / If you’re real and know it, clap your hands”…

I know many of you can relate to the chorus as we have all dealt with the FAKERS in our lives. There’s a bunch of them out them. As Jada said – “Real Recognize Real”

As a bonus, Swizz Beatz has been amping up his followers on Twitter (@THEREALSWIZZZ) about getting the Ruff Ryder Gang (including DMX, Drag On, Eve, Sheek Louch and Styles P) together for the “Who’s Real – Ruff Ryder Remix.” It’s been a HOT minute since we heard all these artists together on one track. Music Videos: Amerie “Why R U?”

Amerie just premiered her new music video “Why R U?” on BET’s 106 & Park yesterday. This is the first single off her upcoming album In Love & War. The video was shot in Los Angeles a little over a month ago, by film director and photographer Ray Kay. Overall, the video looks good but reminds me of an extended or lost version of “1 Thing”.

Quick Note: While she was on 106 & Park, Terrence J asked “What is your Twitter name?”. She stumbled, paused and then said “ItsmeAmerie” (smh) — Stop fronting, you got a ghost-tweeter. It’s all good. Peep the video.

The video I have been waiting for is finally here. Wale released his new music video “Chillin’” featuring Lady Gaga off his upcoming album Attention Deficit. “Chillin’” is directed by power director Chris Robinson keeping a clear focus and staying true to what the track is about. Thank god Lady Gaga is not running up and down this video but it would of killed the vibe. Basic concept + cool shots = Great video.

Wale is now part of the Roc Nation family so I am curious to see what Jay has in store for him. We will have to wait and see. Peep the video.
