I’ve been a huge fan of Red Cafe for a HOT minute. I’m a little disappointed that he signed with Bad Boys Records. We all know that Bad Boys Records can make and break career. It’s a cycle – Yung Joc, Dream, Da Band, Dainty Kane, G-Dep, Black Rob, Loon, Mase and so on. I HOPE that this will not be the same case for Red Cafe.
My homie Neenyo sent me a track that he helped produced for Red Cafe “General” featuring Maino which appears on the Hottest In The Hood.com Volume One Mixtape. Both Red Cafe & Maino has been tearing up the NYC scene for a minute. It’s nice to see that they are finally get the respect that they deserve. Check out another track of the moment below. Enjoy!
