So what happens when you leave a 15 year old in a big ass house? A classic house party. Justin Bieber called up his friends and now it’s a par-tay. The video is a good look as it shows Justin doing 15 year old thing – hanging out with friends and having a good time. Please don’t keep your eyes off of Usher’s protege.  Enjoy!

Jonny Roxx released his BRAND NEW single “Jump On” featuring August produced by T-Nyce & August. “Jump On” is a party starter that guarantees to get the crowd moving from side to side. Kudos to Jonny Roxx & August. Jonny Roxx has been staying busy in the studio working on some upcoming projects. Be sure to be on the look out for that!

This past Saturday June 13th, Jonny Roxx & August had their single release party to jump off the new track. From what I heard, the party was a success. I will post the photos and videos once they become available.

On Thursday June 11th, The Remix Project held a fundraisier called “MAKE CHANGE, GIVE MONEY” at CIRCA Nightclub. According to Lowe from cocoandlowe.com, The Remix Project raised $30,000 that night while many walked away with some amazing gifts from the auction.The event started at 6pm SHARP and I didn’t make it out until 11PM. (Sorry Guys). Music was provided by the top DJs in Toronto – Lissamonet, DJ Wristpect, Agile & Super K. It was an amazing to see all the people who came out to support the event. Again, it funny how Twitter can bring people together. I got a chance to meet and reconnect with my twitter buddies -@RoShine, @Liveaglcom, @nzananiry, @herlilblackbook @tikasimone @firstladyd @Alisted @ArchValenz @iamdanieldaley @iamjessejones and many others.  Big Shout Out to WanLuv for winning the 50/50 raffle. Being the horrible photographer that I am, I didn’t capture much. Yup that’s right. Lil Wayne will be making his second appearance in Toronto at the Molson Amphitheatre on August 4th. Mr. Carter has just announced his dates for his upcoming tour called “Young Money Presents: America’s Most Wanted Music Festival” across North America. Other perfomers include Drake, Soulja Boy and Young Jeezy. Who know who else might be performing at this concert. He has three other Canadian Dates:8/5 Montreal @ Bell Centre,   8/17 Vancouver @ GM Place, and 8/18 Edmonton, AB @ Rexall Place.  I am not sure when tickets will be on sale, but I am hoping soon. So update your calendars because Lil Wayne is coming to town!

Tonight, Jamie Foxx performed his latest single “Digital Girl” off his latest album Intuition on the Conan O’Brien show. He also brought out Toronto native Drake to perform his verse on the track. (HOTTTTTT!!!) The album version features Kanye West and The Dream but I am not sure which will be the official version.

Again, it’s history in the making. Witnessing Drake’s first official LIVE performance on National television. Congratulations Drake, you put on for our city with the many others.

The winner of the event will get an opportunity to sign a digital singles deal with Nettwerk Music Group and will go on a Canadian Tour. What a great opportunity right? Peep the details below.

The Association is not resting on its laurels & either should you! Back again is Urban X-Posure, bigger, stronger & better than ever!

UMAC, The Urban Music Association of Canada, creates a partnership with Nettwerk Music Group to bring you Urban X-Posure: Triple Threat. Call for submissions begins Monday, June 1, 2009 & ends 12:00am, Monday, June 15, 2009, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Upcoming and emerging artists nationwide will have the chance to exhibit their talent to industry heavyweights and consumers at large. The winner of Urban X-Posure will have the opportunity to sign a digital singles deal with Nettwerk Music Group and embark on a cross country Canadian tour.
